[Macpartners] Possible Problem with Mail and 10.3.9

I did some further investigation.  I tried checking my mail with other 
applications.  I could not get it to fail with:

Eudora 6.1 (Mac OS X)
Eudora 5.2  (Win XP)
WebMail (Mozilla on Athena - Solaris)

It fails repeatably (~1 out of 5) with Apple Mail.  Thus I conclude 
this problem is probably restricted to Apple Mail.  If anyone sees 
anything different, please let me know.  I've filed a case with 
CaseTracker on it (801552).
