[Macpartners] invisible cursor?

I just wanted to send a thank you note.
It's been almost two weeks since the last time it happened, so I 
guess using the new method has helped some.

It did finally do it again and plugging a random connector into the
mini-dvi out did fix it without having to restart.  So, I guess I just
need to get into the habit of carrying one of those around with me.

Hopefully they'll actually fix the bug some day, but this will work
until then.
