[Macpartners] Apache Web Server and TLS

Hi all:

I come with another question.  Our web server is down right now until 
development restarts, but one of the problems that is left on the web side 
is the need to set TLS in the Security tab of Internet Explorer client in 
order to use certificates and reach the pages.

In general is there somewhere I can get information about this.  Is there 
some way I can still use MIT certificates and PHP and not require TLS on 
the Mac OS X Apache Web Server site?
