[Macpartners] iChat client issues

Is this behavior uniform across different network providers? If you're on an
off-campus ISP, for instance, that maybe does some sort of network throttling
or terminating idle connections (with iChat noticing and re-connecting as soon
as possible), it could be the reason. If not, another possibility is some
application that gets in the way on your machine itself.
