[Macpartners] AFS Permissions

My apologies if this is asked and answered in an earlier note and I have
missed it. On a new eMac running OS 10.3.2, I have installed afs as I did
before on a machine running 10.2. All seems to work BUT permissions when I
am in an xterm. I can move files to and from the afs directories at MIT
using the finder, but I can't do the same in a terminal. Any guidance as to
where to look?
