[Macpartners] MacOS 10.3 and YP Authentication

I believe that NIS/YP authentication from the login window was broken
in 10.2.x as well. I had it working for 10.1 but AFAIK after that it's
been non-functional. Doesn't seem to be a very high priority to Apple
either... NetInfo and LDAP is better for selling XServes I suppose.
