What he said. I'm at 10.3.5 both at home and work. I took my clients 
(~80 of them) to the new security update, but not 10.3.5 ... yet.

Like Roger, I don't know if it's really helped or not. I was hoping 
this would fix the keychain access/safari bug that showed up with 
personal certificate renewal, but I don't think so.
