[Macpartners] Change 10.3 Registration Information

I've searched Apple and Googled, to no avail. Where/How do you change the registered owner information stored in OS X? This would be helpful with personnel changes, etc. This is also a concern for foreign visitors needing to change their country setting while at MIT.
