[Macpartners] Mail.app or OS X 10.3 update breaks rules?

Hi all,

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but today I was setting 
up a new rule in Mail.app on Mac OS X 10.3 and now I can't choose an 
IMAP subfolder to filter email into. Only the default mail folders show 
up as being able to choose.

I have a temporary work around where I can edit the preference file for 
the rules to achieve what I want, but this is a pain and it did work 
through the GUI before.
