If you're using Microsoft Office v. X, you should probably get this update.

Microsoft posted Microsoft Office v. X 10.1.5 Update, which addresses
several stability issues with PowerPoint, Excel, and Visual Basic for
Applications for Office v. X: "If you have not installed Microsoft Office v.
X 10.1.2 Update and Microsoft Exchange Update for Entourage X (Office v. X
10.1.4 Update), you must do so before installing Microsoft Office v. X
10.1.5 Update."
