Oracle Calendar (and the earlier branded Corporate Time) requires a 
number of files in /Library/CFMSupport. It may be these files aren't 
there depending on how you did the upgrade or the permissions are 
wrong on that folder.

I *think* the full list of files is:
OCALACipher1EncrLib
OCALGssapiAuthLib
OCALLightEncrLib
OCALSASLAuthLib
OCALSimpleCompLib
OCALStdAuthLib
Unison Library

But I don't have an install log handy.
