Subject: [Macinsloan] iCal users

Fellow Mac Users,

I had some downtime at work today so I punched in the 06-07 Sloan  
Academic Calendar into iCal. Attached is the .ics file if you want to  
import it into your own calendars. But even better:

You can subscribe to in ical here: webcal://ical.mac.com/aseem.gandhi/ 
Sloan%20Academic.ics

The calendar will also be available via the web:      http:// 
ical.mac.com/aseem.gandhi/Sloan%20Academic

I will attempt to update it on a somewhat regular basis with key  
administrative dates as applicable. If you have subscribed to it, or  
are viewing the web version, iCal should periodically refresh the  
calendar to reflect changes.

Feel free to send me corrections, new event additions, or expensive  
gifts. I want to keep the calendar applicable to everyone, so I  
probably will not be adding little nitty gritty events.

Fellow Mac Users:

That's right, apparently Apple uses the same Sony-manufactured  
batteries as Dell, and is initiating a similar battery recall.

Many of us with G4 Powerbooks and G4 iBooks will be affected by the  
recall. To find out if you are eligible for a free replacement  
battery, check out Apple's official page on the issue:
