[Macinsloan] Add-ins

You can install them as follows:

- Open Excel
- Tools > Add-ins ...
- Check "Analysis ToolPak" and "Analysis ToolPak - VBA"
- Click OK

That worked for me.

FYI: I am using Office 2004 for Mac, and I have installed all the  
Office updates.
