The UCA College of Business invites applications for the position of Chair of the Department of Marketing and Management. In keeping with the University’s mission we especially encourage applicants who will further our goal of cultural, ethnic, racial, and gender diversity.

The department offers undergraduate programs in marketing, management, human resources, entrepreneurship, and logistics and supply chain management. In the fall of 2020, the department included 19 full-time faculty. The Department Chair has a 12-month administrative appointment including teaching and research responsibilities.

Reporting to the Dean, department chairs are the chief executives of their departments and are responsible for the implementation of university, college, and department policies and strategic plans.
