[Logprofs] Full-time, non-tenure track SCM faculty position at Western Illinois University Quad Cities Campus

*APPOINTMENT:* Full-time, non-tenure track faculty appointment on WIU Quad
Cities Campus (Moline, IL) beginning August 20, 2020.

*RESPONSIBILITIES: *Full-time, non-tenure track faculty appointment. Teach
four undergraduate supply chain management courses per semester (12
semester hours) that could include: (Introduction to) Supply Chain
Management, Supply Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse
Management, and/or Project Management.  Service activities are encouraged,
including interactions with external business constituencies and student
engagement activities.

*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Earned MBA degree (or closely related graduate
degree) and recent professional experience in supply chain management
(transportation/logistics, warehousing, inventory control, supply
management, purchasing) are both required. Applicants must have excellent
communication skills and familiarity with supply chain relevant technology.

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

   1. Graduate degree from an AACSB-accredited university.
   2. Academic preparation in supply chain management
   3. Professional experience in procurement, negotiations, contract
   management, and/or logistics.
   4. Advanced SCM related industry certification.
   5. Classroom teaching experience.
   6. Experience with technology driven course delivery including video
   conferencing and online methods.

For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally
accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent
from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the
degree must be "in hand" at the time of application.

*THE SCHOOL and COLLEGE:* The School of Management and Marketing offers
B.B. degrees in Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and
Supply Chain Management at both the Macomb and Quad Cities locations.  The
College of Business and Technology (CBT) has over 2,100 undergraduate
majors, 275 graduate students, and 126 full-time faculty, and is accredited
by AACSB International at the undergraduate and graduate levels. With over
