Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management
*Lehigh University’s Department of Management *seeks to fill a tenure track
assistant professor position in supply chain management beginning August
2019. The candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management or a
related area from an AACSB accredited institution by the time of employment
in August 2019.
Lehigh University offers excellent conditions for research and teaching.
The successful candidate will be joining faculty in the department who
publish in top-ranked journals such as *Academy of Management Journal,
Decision Sciences, Information Systems Research, Journal of Business
Logistics, Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Supply Chain
Management, Management Information Systems Quarterly, Management Science,
Operations Research, Organization Science*, *Production and Operations
Management*and*Strategic Management Journal*. The department of Management
also includes the Center for Supply Chain Research

as well as close ties with the Mountaintop Initiative, the Nasdaq

Creativity, and Innovation.Teaching responsibilities with this position may
include undergraduate classes in Supply Chain Operations Management, Demand
and Supply Chain Planning, Supply, Cost and Risk Management, Integrated
Logistics and Transportation Management, and graduate classes in the MBA
program.
