We just wanted to kindly remind about the call for papers for a special issue on “The Human Factor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management” at IJPDLM.


We are interested in topics such as of the following areas:



  *   ̶         Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) required by logistics and SCM personnel
  *   ̶         Challenges and best-practices in hiring and recruiting logistics and SCM talent
  *   ̶         Impact of counterproductive behaviors on logistics and supply chain management
  *   ̶         Supply chain and logistics employee individual differences (i.e. cognitive, gender, ethnicity, personality) and their impact on supply chain decisions





Deadline for submissions is December 30th, 2017.
