The 6th International Conference on Dynamics in Logistics (LDIC 2018) will be held in Bremen (Germany) from 20th to 22nd of February 2018 and will be accompanied by several satellite events. 

Scope of the Conference

Dynamics of logistic processes and networks are at the heart of the conference. The spectrum of topics reaches from the modeling, planning and control of processes over supply chain management and maritime logistics to innovative technologies and robotic applications for cyber-physical production and logistics systems. The growing dynamics confronts the area of logistics with completely new challenges: it must become possible to identify, describe and analyze the process changes. Moreover, logistic processes and networks must be revised to be rapidly and flexibly adaptable to continuously changing conditions. LDIC 2018 provides a forum for the discussion of advances in that matter. The conference addresses scientists in logistics, operations research, engineering, and computer science. It aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners interested in dynamics in logistics.

- Automatic model generation and model transformation
- Big Data in transport and logistics, data analytics and predictive analytics

Submissions
Papers submitted to the main conference must contain original research and should not exceed 5 pages. Simultaneous submission to other events with proceedings, or submission of material that has already been published elsewhere is not allowed. Accepted contributions will be available as electronic preproceedings at the conference. The final proceedings will be published by Springer. 

Important Dates
Submission of papers: September 24, 2017
Proposals for workshops and tutorials: October 22, 2017
Notification of acceptance: November 17, 2017
Final version due: December 10, 2017
Conference: February 20 – 22, 2018
