For your information;
the EU-funded seaport safety & security project HAZARD has just published a 40+ page report, which aims to clarify the issue of cyberspace and cybersecurity for ports and port operators. You can access the public domain report here:
https://blogit.utu.fi/hazard/what-effects-does-cybersecurity-have-on-ports/
HAZARD has also two other publications (1:2016 an 2:2016) as well as a rather comprehensive literature list under the heading " Maritime Seaport Safety & Security Relevant Literature Review " that could be of interest; see at: https://blogit.utu.fi/hazard/materials-for-download/
With the best regards,
-Lauri
