INDIA SUPPLY CHAIN 2016 CONFERENCE

MAKE IN INDIA-UNLEASHING THE OPPORTUNITIES
TAKING IT FORWARD
Annual Conference, February 19-20, 2016, Mumbai, India.
SCM PROGRAMS will hold its 2ND Annual INDIA SUPPLY CONFERENCE during February 19- 20, 2016 in Mumbai. The Academic Conference will precede the Main Conference and will be held on February 19, 2016. On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the Conference, we would like to invite you to submit papers to this Academic Conference.
The acceptance decisions will be based on full paper submissions and presentations will be scheduled in different tracks depending on the themes and number of papers accepted. High quality papers on a full range of topics relating to the theme of the conference on “Make in India-Unleashing the opportunities” will be considered. We are interested in identifying and showcasing papers in the general areas of:

Infrastructure requirements that will enable Make in India Supply Chain
  *
Policy Reboot, Challenges of New Policy Change
  *
Market Entry-View from outside
  *
Talent Management

Studies that use empirical data, and/or human-subject experiments to provide actionable managerial insights and/or policies to effectively manage supply chains in the context of Make in India, are of particular interest.

Submission Guidelines and Review Process

Please include the paper title in the email subject line and attach two files viz. author information file and main paper file in pdf format, details of which are given below.

File 1. The author information file should list the paper title, authors’ affiliations and full contact information, as well as the presenter information. Please name this file as (e.g. “Supply Chains Your Name.pdf”) and include the same information in the email body as well.
File 2 should be the main paper file and should have a separate title page with an abstract and key words. Although we do not impose a page limit, ideally the main body of the paper without proofs should not exceed 30 pages, and must comply with standard formatting style (no author identification). Please name the paper file as (e.g. “Supply Chain Main Paper Your Name.pdf”). ·

The papers will undergo a double-blind review process by an expert panel. To support this process, author names should NOT appear anywhere in the paper file. The work may not have been submitted elsewhere in any other conference or to journals and should be an original paper. Accepted papers will be required to be submitted again with a format which will be informed to the authors.

Registration Fee for submission of paper: The papers accepted for presentation have to be registered with a fee of Rs.5000/= (Five thousand only), or USD 100 only (for foreign participants). This fee will also make the authors to attend the Academic Conference on February 19th in Mumbai.

Registration Fee for attending both days of the conference, i.e. 19th and 20th is Rs.12,000/- (Twelve Thousand only), or USD 250 only (for foreign participants). The fee covers only conference fee & is non-residential. Any travel or lodging expense has to be borne by the authors separately.
