CSCMP's Doctoral Dissertation Award
Reminder Submission deadline -
May 1, 2012


The Doctoral Dissertation Award (DDA) is awarded to a doctoral student who demonstrates significant originality and technical competence in a supply chain function. The DDA is open to all who will have completed their doctoral work in a field related to functions within the supply chain between January 1, 2011 and May 1, 2012.  A check for $5,000 US will be presented to the award recipient at CSCMP's 2012 Annual Global Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.


If you have already accepted a position at a college or university, you may still apply.

Abstract Focus/Criteria:

All abstracts will be evaluated and must clearly focus on the following key points:

 1.  Is the topic important to the science and practice of functions within the supply chain?
 2.  Was the research appropriately executed - using both proper research design and analysis tools?
 3.  Does the end product of the research make a significant contribution to the science and practice of functions within the supply chain?
