[Logprofs] MSU Senior Faculty Position in Logistics

MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY, The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management has a tenure track position for a senior faculty member in Logistics (preferably Professor but Associate Professors may be considered) starting in the 2012-2013 academic year.  It is expected that candidates have an advanced degree from an accredited university in logistics as well as professional accomplishments and reputation that are commensurate with the position. Salary and terms are negotiable.

Candidates are expected to have a demonstrated record of research excellence in logistics/supply chain management publications as well as a demonstrated record of successfully recruiting, mentoring, and developing doctoral students.  Additionally, qualified applicants would need demonstrated abilities with respect to mentoring junior faculty as well as teaching at graduate levels, in particular MBA students.  Applicants also need leadership and national recognition in the field of logistics/supply chain management from academic and industry perspectives.
