CTRF 2010 Conference:  Transportation and Logistics Trends and Policies:
Successes and Failures

 

There is still time to submit an abstract for this year's CTRF
conference. The abstract deadline is January 31, 2010.  In addition to
abstracts related to the conference theme, abstracts on all topics
related to transportation and transportation logistics are welcome.  

 

This year's conference in Toronto will feature an interesting mix of
panels and papers on a range of topics including (but not exclusive to):
The Ontario-Quebec Continental Gateway Strategy, the Freight Rail
Service Review, Sustainable Transport, Transportation and Logistics
Costs, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Road Pricing and much more.

 

Furthermore, the conference will feature a dinner event at the historic
John Street Roundhouse in Downtown Toronto while the ever-popular Bison
Transport Debate will find itself at the University of Toronto's
equally-historic Hart House.

 

Conference registration forms are attached and can also be found on our
website www.ctrf.ca, along with details on the Call for Papers. Please
forward this notice to colleagues you think may be interested in
submitting an abstract, or attending the conference.

 

We look forward to seeing you in Toronto May 30 - June 2, 2010 at the
Courtyard Marriott Downtown!
