Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management

Gatton College of Business & Economics

The Gatton College of Business & Economics at the University of Kentucky (UK) seeks nominations and applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management beginning in August 2010. The position is located in the School of Management with primary teaching responsibilities in the College’s innovative One-Year MBA program (http://gatton.uky.edu/MBA).



The successful candidate for this position will have a Ph.D. from an accredited university with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.  Candidates should have a strong empirical and theoretical background and be able to demonstrate excellence in research and teaching.  Evidence supporting high quality teaching and the ability to produce quality research should be provided.  Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.  Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.



Opportunities for multi‐disciplinary research exist with a number of college‐affiliated centers and institutes.
