[Logprofs] Survey: Material Handling Logistics Teaching Materials

The College-Industry Council on Material Handling Education (CICMHE)  
is conducting a study on materials handling/facilities planning,  
primarily focused on teaching materials.  The purpose of the study is  
to determine:

  - where MH/FP is taught today
  - where faculty find materials for the class
  - what other materials would be useful, if developed
  - what research areas in MH/FP faculty are working on
  - where MH/FP is headed
