Some of you may recall that I published the textbook, Principles of Supply 
Chain Management a few years ago (Thomson South-Western). I am now working 
on the 2nd edition, and I am looking for additional teaching case studies 
w/teaching notes, dealing with supply chain management issues, to publish 
with my textbook. Specifically, I am interested in finding teaching cases 
in the following areas:
- green logistics/SCM 
- CRM 
- SCM in services 
- SC risk and security management 
- SC performance measurement 
- ERP/DRP 
- RFID/warehousing 
- International logistics 
Thanks. Note that you must have copyright to the case, or be able to get 
permission for me to use it. Fictitious cases are OK. They can be anywhere 
from 2 to 20 pages long. I will include author names and affiliations with 
the cases. Please communicate with me if you have any questions.
