[Linerva-announce] Unexpected Linerva Reboot

Earlier today, Linerva became unresponsive, likely due to memory
pressure, and experienced kernel errors due to AFS. After failing to log
in normally to fix the problem, maintainers decided to forcibly reboot
the machine. Linerva is now back online, but any running processes, such
as screen sessions, will need to be restarted.
