[Linerva-announce] Linerva reboot this morning

Hi,

At around 5:30 this morning, Linerva crashed. The server was available 
again by 6:30. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This was unrelated to the planned upgrade. We're looking into a couple of 
options for the upgrade, including virtualization, in an attempt to 
address Linerva's recent stability issues.
