[Linerva-announce] Unexpected Linerva reboot

Linerva is now back. Sorry for the extended downtime -- we took the 
opportunity to make a few tweaks (including upgrading the BIOS and kernel 
and creating a separate AFS cache partition) that should make these sorts 
of issues less likely to happen in the future. Thank you for your 
patience.
