[Linerva-announce] Linerva Reboot at 16:30 EST

Hi all,

Linerva is currently experiencing out-of-memory issues and
consequently killing users' processes.  The maintainers have tried to
fix the issue without rebooting and have been unable to do so; we will
therefore be rebooting Linerva at 16:30 EST today.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working to prevent the
issue in the future.
