[Linerva-announce] Unscheduled linerva outage

There was an unscheduled Linerva outage during the last hour.  We have
not determined the exact cause of the crash, but we have upgraded the
kernel and modified some configuration options to hopefully make these
problems less likely in the future.

On behalf of the Linerva team, I apologize for any inconvenience, and
hereby proclaim that computers suck.
