Swing dancing, *Outside* student center (50 F temperature), lesson 7:30

We will be outdoors in front of the student center, not
Building 36 room 112 as previously announced. (But if the
weather is bad, we will be in 36-112.) The weather forecast
is temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit (maybe a bit
chilly?), high humidity, and 4% chance of rain. The surface
is concrete, so don't bring your nice dancing shoes.

* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday Swing Dance
* Wednesday, June 6, Lesson 7:30 Dancing 9-11:30 p.m.
* Outside, in front of Student Center
  http://whereis.mit.edu/?go=W20
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* DJs Phalgun Lolur and Donald Coverdale

At 7:30, Ken will teach a beginner swing lesson. (If we are
in 36-112, Ken will teach a beginner Balboa lesson, because
Balboa is a dance that works well in small rooms.)

Would anyone like to teach a future lesson? Share your love
of dance!

If anyone is available to help me set up the dance, meet me
at W20-437 (our storage room) at 6:45 pm.

Locations* for the next few weeks:
6/6 Outside Student Center (if rain: 36-112),
DJs Phalgun Lolur and Donald Coverdale
6/13 Lobdell
6/20 Lobdell
6/27 Sala (with special short performance)
7/4 NO DANCE (go watch fireworks!)

*Some of the above locations might turn into outdoor dances
if the weather is nice.

Starting July 11, we will have a 4-week blues dance lesson
series, leading up the Boston's Sweet Molasses Blues
workshop weekend August 10-12:

Help wanted! If you are an MIT student and available to
occasionally help out with the club, let me know. (We would
like to avoid the club having a single point of failure,
namely me.) No commitment required!
