At 7:30 p.m. before the dance, Ken the iconoclast will teach 
a lesson "Debunking Dance Myths", wherein we will take some 
of the traditional "absolute rules" of dancing, "never do 
this", "always do this", and show that they are actually 
complicated and not necessarily absolute.  The class will be 
most useful for intermediate and advanced dancers, but the 
concepts should be accessible to beginners.  We will draw 
from both swing dance and blues dance traditions.
