Workshop Sunday Oct 21: Vote what gets taught

Jan Marie will teach a workshop with the MIT Lindy Hop 
Society on Sunday, October 21--and YOU get a say in what 
gets taught!  Please fill out the survey at

1. What would you most like to learn at the workshops?

(a) "All About Blues" - a beginner's crash course in blues 
     dancing, including basic posture, tone, frame,
     partnership, solo movement, and musicality
(b) "Bling? Swooze? Blindy Hop?" - learn the basics of blues
     and how to tie those movements into the lindy hop/swing
     you already know and love
(c) "1920s Charleston" - the cutesiest Betty Boop-in' bouncy 
     dance... that is sadly never danced! learn both solo 
     movements AND how to bop about with your partner
(d) Other (please specify)

2. There will likely be 3-4 one-hour workshops offered. 
Assuming the workshops are free to MIT students, what do you 
think would be an appropriate amount for the public to pay 
per workshop?
