Swing Dancing, Sala, Blues lesson 7:30

Jan Marie and Carl will teach a blues lesson before the 
dance.

* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday night dance
* Wednesday, June 22, Lesson 7:30 Dancing 8:30-11:30 p.m.
* La Sala de Puerto Rico (MIT Student Center 2nd floor)
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* DJs Stephen York and Ajayi Harris

At 7:30 before the dance, Jan Marie and Carl will teach the 
third lesson of a 4-week blues series:

* Week 3 - Put the BAM! In Your Blues * 
We'll be working on musicality this week, focusing 
particularly on the different ways to accent the music with 
your body. Learn how changing your levels, tension, or speed 
can add variety and interest to your dancing.

The lesson will run from 7:30 to 8:30.  
>From 8:30-9, Jan Marie will DJ an open blues practice session.  
>From 9-11:30, regular DJs Stephen York and Ajayi Harris

June 29th: 1st Set Amy Kucharik, 2nd Set Ted Simpson
