Swing Dancing, Sala, Lindy lesson 7:30

Amy will teach a Lindy Hop lesson before the dance.

* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday night dance
* Wednesday, May 18, Lesson 7:30 Dancing 9-11:30 p.m.
* La Sala de Puerto Rico (MIT Student Center 2nd floor)
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* DJs Ted Simpson and Tina Desorcy

At 7:30 before the dance, Amy will teach the third class of 
a Lindy Hop series.

DJ schedule for May:
May 18th: 1st Set Ted Simpson, 2nd Set Tina Desorcy
May 25th: 1st Set Ajayi Harris, 2nd Set Don Coverdale

NOTE:
June 1: Dance will be in Building 36, room 155.



Two MIT dance events, both this Saturday:

What:   Le Fete - A night of live music, food, drinks and entertainment!
When:   Saturday, May 21 6:00pm - 11:00pm
Where:   Edgerton House Courtyard; 143 Albany St. 
                   (Rain location: Hulsizer Room, New Ashdown)

- Come celebrate springtime at the annual La Fete event, hosted by Edgerton House
- There will be food, a live swing band
- Cash bar provided by Thirsty Ear Pub (ID required)
- All MIT graduate students are welcome
- Semi-formal attire is strongly suggested.  
- Cost: This is a FREE semi-formal event
- Details: 6pm - Dinner begins/ 6-7pm - Swing dance lessons
  7-10pm - LIVE swing band and dancing/ 10-11pm - DJ and dancing
