Swing Dancing, Lobdell, Lesson 7:30

Foxman will teach the second class of a three-week Solo 
Charleston class, picking up from where last week's left 
off.

* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday night dance
* Wednesday, December 9, Lesson 7:30 Dancing 9-11:30 p.m.
* Lobdell Cafeteria, MIT Student Center 2nd floor
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* DJs Ted Simpson and Tina Desorcy

At 7:30 p.m. before the dance, Foxman will teach the second 
class of a three-week Solo Charleston routine.  Each class 
will continue from where the previous one left off, so 
participants are strongly encouraged to have attended the 
series from the beginning.

Dance Schedule for December:

Wednesday, December 16: Lobdell, DJ Ted Simpson
*TUESDAY*, December 22, Lobdell, DJs Ted S. and Don C.
*TUESDAY*, December 29, Walker Memorial, DJs TBA

The dance will temporarily move to Tuesdays for winter break 
because the Student Center will be closing early on 
Wednesdays.  We will resume the regular Wednesday schedule 
on Wednesday, January 6.

Would anyone like to teach lessons in January (MIT's 
Independent Activities Period)?

Hello everyone!  For anyone who missed the announcement or 
forgot, bring a toy to Wednesday's dance for the toy drive I 
am running for youth in foster care in Roxbury!  We serve 
over 90 kids at any one time, age 0 - 22, so whatever you 
can contribute will be appreciated..$5 itunes card to cool 
video games!  Coloring books or markers to a gift card to 
the mall!  If you have questions, let me know and THANK YOU
