Swing Dancing, Lobdell, lesson 7:30

Jenn and Gui will teach a blues lesson at 7:30.

* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday night dance
* Wednesday, July 8, Lesson 7:30 Dancing 9-11:30 p.m.
* Lobdell Cafeteria (MIT Student Center 2nd floor)
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* DJs Ted Simpson and Brian Mullin

At 7:30 before the dance, Jenn and Gui will teach the final
class of their beginner blues dance series:  "We'll be 
wrapping up our lesson series with a lesson in Blues 
styling. This includes body isolations, which most people 
think of as styling, but also addresses how to change the 
look and feel of the dance with smaller, individual 
movements that add pizazz (yes... I really just said that) 
to your dancing."

Starting next week (July 15), (tentatively) a swing dance 
lesson series taught by Foxman.

Friday, July 10: The Love Dogs will be playing for Swing 
dancing at the Cambridge Courtyard Marriott (777 Memorial 
Drive).  THE EVENT IS 21+. There will be a Swing dance 
lesson at 7:30 before the dance.  The band plays starting at 
9 PM.  Tickets are $15.75 online:
