Stu will teach a music lesson for swing dancers at 8 (note
later time). If anyone has a car and can help him bring
drum equipment from Berklee to MIT before the lesson please
contact him at stumanzano at gmail.com

* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday night dance
* Wednesday, May 27, Lesson 8:00 Dancing 9-11:30 p.m.
* Lobdell Cafeteria (MIT Student Center 2nd floor)
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* LIVE BAND!

At 8:00 before the dance, Stu Manzano, a recent graduate in
Jazz Composition at the Berklee College of Music, will give
a special lesson on music, music theory, and musicality for
dancers. If you've ever wondered how the songs you dance to
are were composed and how to dance to them better, this is
the lesson for you!

At 9:00 after the lesson, Stu and fellow musicians will
give us LIVE SWING DANCE MUSIC for the rest of evening!
Hooray for a live band!

Stay tuned for the location of next week's dance.
We will probably be in Building 36.

Would anyone like to teach in the coming weeks and months?

If you are an MIT student and will be around this summer and
would like to help run the dance, please let me
(kenta at mit.edu) know.
