Swing Dancing, Kresge RRA, Polka Lesson 7:30

We are in Kresge Auditorium, Rehearsal Room A this week.

* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday night dance
* Wednesday, August 13, Lesson 7:30-9, Dancing 9-11:30 p.m.
* Kresge Auditorium, Rehearsal Room A (basement)
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* DJs Orin Davis and TBA

We are in the basement of Kresge this week in Rehearsal Room 
A.  Kresge Auditorium is the glass-sided dome-shaped 
building next to the Student Center.  Here is a map:

"And now, for something completely different..."  This week, 
I'll teach a POLKA lesson before the swing dance.  Polka has 
nothing to do with swing dancing except for the fact that 
polka can be danced to swing music, which is merely because 
polka can be danced to ANY music.  If you want to learn how 
to dance with a partner FLYING AROUND THE ROOM AT HIGH 
SPEEDS, then come learn polka!

Next week, Andrew K. Stein will start a beginner swing dance 
series.
