Kids writes:

    Hey Swing Dancers!

Just a reminder that the Harvard Swing Kids, Harvard's
swing/lindy society, is hosting its March dance this
Wednesday, March 5. This week's dance will be held in
Richards Hall. Directions to Richards are at

    http://mit.edu/swing/harvard/swingkids_flyer_3_2008.pdf

As with last semester, the dance is co-hosted by the MIT
Lindy Hop Society and the Dudley Arts Council, and there
will be a *FREE* (yes, free) beginners' swing/lindy lesson
by the famous Andrew Stein from 7:30-8:30 pm. There will be
open dancing for all levels afterwards until 11:30 pm. The
dance is an inter-university event (Harvard, MIT, Tufts, UNH
and more) so everyone is welcome - feel free to invite
    friends.

Time: Wednesday, March 5 (and subsequent "first
Wednesdays" of the month). 7:30-8:30 pm: lesson; 8:30-11:30
    pm: open swing dancing.

Location: Richards Hall on Harvard's Cambridge campus
(behind Maxwell Dworkin Hall at 33 Oxford Street, Cambridge
MA, and adjacent to Harvard Law School and Harkness
Commons). See this flyer for detailed directions:

    Hope to see you there!

    theory).

Wednesday, March 12th and 19th, MIT:
7:00-7:30 PM: Beginner lesson. We'll try to help you learn
how to dance to a full 3-minute song in 30 minutes, so that
you can participate in the main lesson even if you're new to
    swing.
7:30-9:00 PM: Intermediate lesson. During these 2 Wednesday
lessons, we'll explore a some of the more interesting moves
and some techniques of swing improvisation. It's kind of
like improvisational comedy, but without all those pesky
    proctologist jokes.

Of course, the whole idea of these lessons is to have as
much fun dancing as humanly possible. So wear your Fun
Caps, your Exciting Pants, and your Enjoyment Suspenders,
