[Lindengardens] Anyone noticed humming in pipes when turning water on or off?

Hi 25 Linden Ave residents and owners,

Michael in Unit 21 has noticed a humming sound in the pipes when he turns
the water on or off. It does not appear to be happening in every unit, and
we would like to understand the extent of the problem. Has anyone else
noticed this?
