[Lindengardens] Laundry Cards on the Way

Dear Fellow Owners and Residents, 

At last the laundry card readers and machine for adding value to the cards will be installed! One good thing is that the machine will take $5 bills as well as $10 and $20.

The new cards will be distributed to each of you by being placed under your door on October 18th, together with a memorandum of instructions. That same memo is attached to this email.

If you are going to be out of town and want me to pick up your card and hold it until you return, please let me know.

Onward with the face-lift of our building, on many fronts simultaneously!
