[Lindengardens] Laundry Room update

Hi, Marty, et al,
A couple questions:

Any thought about time frame?  i.e., how long will we wait to have it 
painted before installing the machines?

Was there any conversation with Dan Silva about reimbursing people 
for money left on the laundry card?  And, the $5 for the card itself 
was supposed to be a deposit, refundable when you turned in the 
card.  Is there any possibility he will make good on this?

And, on a different topic:  I'm wondering about the weeding in the 
parking lot.  With our previous "landscaping" arrangements, part of 
the deal was periodic weeding of the parking lot, and cutting of the 
branches which grow into it from various directions.  It sounds like 
we have a different kind of landscaping in the works (i.e., actual 
landscaping!), which is great, but the weeds are growing pretty 
rapidly back there, and I'm wondering if Paradigm would have someone 
who could do it, or if we could make another plan.  I know that David 
(or Charlie?) did do it once when I asked about it, but I don't know 
if that should be the on-going plan.
