[Lindengardens] Alarm Signal in building

Dear Residents of 25 Linden Ave.,

The last two days there has been a high-pitched alarm signal beeping
regularly every minute or so. We have checked the building's alarm
system, and there seems to be nothing amiss there. Right now the
signal is very hard to locate precisely due to echo, but perhaps it's
coming from one of the units whose occupants are away—maybe a CO2 or
smoke detector with a low battery?

If you have such an alarm in your unit and are away right now, perhaps
you could let me or one of the other trustees know. We could have
someone go into the unit to have it checked, if that's okay.

Thanks!

mmm
