[Lindengardens] front door lock

Hi, everyone,
I was unable to open the front door with the key tonight; ended up 
needing to go around to the back door.  Has anyone else had this 
problem?  I seem to remember that we had a problem like this in the 
past, although I don't remember what we needed to do to fix it.  If 
others are also having that problem, maybe we can figure it out?
