[Lindengardens] BOILER OFF AGAIN

I spoke to the plumber who was there this morning.  He said we should be up and running again today, hopefully within the hour (so maybe by now?  Is anyone at the bldg?).  He also said the manufacturer would be there within the next few days to adjust the boiler so this doesn't keep happening.

Hi, all,
Here's the update:  The gas company has been here; they did NOT turn 
off the gas.  But the plumber is not coming out tonight; they said 
that they will be here first thing in the morning once they figure 
out what the adjustment needs to be in order for the boiler to not 
continue to  put out carbon.  So the heat and hot water are off at 
least until tomorrow.  (Also, apparently, we are waiting for a 
manufacturer adjustment which wasn't going to happen until 
Wednesday.  Not sure if it will be able to happen sooner.)  I assume 
the trustees will let us all know updates as they ensue.
