[Lindengardens] Roof snow clearing

Hello all,

Our roof has been cleared of snow.

Also, related to the boiler, Hydrotherm, the boiler manufacturer, will be
performing some adjustments to fine tune the boiler within the next few
days. Some of you probably have noticed that it's a bit loud currently and
rattles some of the pipes. This should improve once these adjustments are
made. Thanks everyone for your patience dealing with this. We are planning
to set up a service contract so that we don't have unexpected problems with
the boiler in the future.
