[Lindengardens] gas update

Hi, all,
The plumber is here dealing with the gas leak.  He says that he has 
been in touch with the other plumbers who installed it; they were 
expecting to come and make some adjustment (in conjunction with the 
manufacturer -- I'm not sure if I got this all right!); they think 
that it's because that adjustment wasn't made yet that we are having 
this problem.  He is awaiting info about what to do to fix it, and 
says he will fix the leak tonight, and that someone will likely be 
here tomorrow to do more.  He says don't worry about it; we are not 
in immediate danger!
