[Lindengardens] [lindencondos] heat off again

Yes, the heat and hot water are off again. Alewife is here now. They are in
the process of cleaning out the boiler, replacing the hot water pump, and
replacing the motors that push the air/exhaust through the system.

Be glad if you missed the fire department. I came home around 12:30 last
night and the whole building smelled very strongly of gas and the carbon
monoxide alarm was sounding. I called Alewife, and the fire department. They
came and measured dangerously high levels of CO (75 ppm), and shut down the
system. Then they called the gas company, and they came. Then Dan came out
again and was here til around 4 trying to get it working, to no avail.

Alewife says they should have it fixed sometime today. In the meantime, I
guess we can drink tea and and hope it goes quickly.
